The PhonoLab Podcast ep #2- Oberlin
Welcome to the Phonolab Podcast, a show where we will explore the minds, creativity, sounds and music of wonderful artists.
Episode #2. Oberlin
Oberlin is an experimental electronic and ambient project that specializes in crafting textured and deeply atmospheric soundscapes, often building complex, emotional worlds out of simple forms. Oberlin crafts entire atmospheres- environments from tape loops, synthesized textures and layers of deep, enveloping sound. His compositions are less about traditional melody and more about building intricate soundscapes that evoke a sense of nostalgia, introspection, and sonic submergence.
